We did the 3 mile Long Walk through the park. 6 miles return. It was so lovely. You walk part of it through a deer park. My 12 year old did the whole walk too.

We regularly walk the LONG Walk. It is a great environment to exercise. We have walked from Saville Gardens to Virginia Water Lake and vice versa. There is very varied terrain.
