A little on the pricey side but we all enjoyed our day out, the sun shone which really helped and the gardens were lovely. I'm sure later on in the season they will be even better.

Family game of mini golf at Alexandra Gardens. Great fun and we will definitely play again. Middle of the road on pricing and the condition of he equipment good. Course is a bit tired and in some places light repair.

Has flower beds and a bandstand. Look for the Jubilee Fountain. Low key and typically English. Attention is paid to trees.

Gosh the skating was pricey! £12.50 adult and £10.50 child, for 45minutes not including the penguin/snow guides which were £5 extra per person. The boots assistants were friendly and efficient. They were great at sorting out the incorrect boot sizes. Once on ice, there were...More

It's a nice park, great place to stroll around and relax. By the fountain is the best place to chill, have a picnic.

A very quiet park unless the amusement park is operating. Small gardens and one of a few green spaces close to the train station.

I would think you could! There are no rules on it and everyone does it nowadays. There is a lot of open space there so it could be done.
