Cracking pub: real ales, friendly staff. Very inclusive place, anybody and everybody welcome. Don't go if you want carpets and glamour: this is a real pub with real music and real beer. Fab.

I have just walked out of this pub in disgust. The bar staff just ignored us and served locals who had not been waiting as long as us at the bar. The staff didn't even make eye contact. Needless to say we shall never return!...More

Didn't enjoy my visit here, which is a shame because of it's great reputation. Felt very very unwelcome, which doesn't normally bother me, but I just didn't like this place. Staff were rude, it was freezing in there and the atmosphere was sour.
