First time at the O2 last night. First impressions weren’t great as we had to queue right around the building to get in and ended up missing the support - bar their last song and we didn’t arrive late. Kind of liked the building and...More

The show was brilliant (The Divine Comedy) and wheelchair access was incredibly convenient - every single member of staff, in person and on the phone, went out of their way to make it a great night. I can't praise them highly enough.

O2 need to bugger off and stop ripping customers off. 5 quid for a pint of carlsberg that tastes rank. Or 5.50 for a pint of San Miguel than tastes rank. Or tuborg or some sort of cider. They get good bands there but it's...More

0/10 service. The staff were appalling, borderline idiotic. The staff scanned tickets, and when a problem occurred with tickets we had bought online, told us that we'd get in because we got scanned but then they sacked us off once had already scanned our tickets...More

A horrible, terribly laid out oppressive box, with below-par sound quality, and rude, power-mad security. Attended the Weezer show on 23 October. We joined the queue down one side of the building one hour after doors. When we got to the front they closed the...More

Been to O2 lots of times before but went to see Zara Larsson and what a nightmare. Booked unreserved seating so I get that it’s not allocated seating but what they don’t say is they book far more of these tickets than there are seats...More

Been here many of times to see gigs. Came here this time to see New found glory 20th year anniversary. As an avid love for punk rock this was an awesome band to see. It’s quite small but it is a good venue to see...More

A fantastic evening of music. The bar was not unreasonable as things go. £4:40 for a good wine! Security thorough but reasonable and seating OK, but really needed more knee room to avoid cramp! Well laid out but ready for refurbishment in the next 22-18...More

Been here numerous times and visited yesterday to watch Ryan Adams. Security and bar staff were all friendly and helpful. If you pick the balcony make sure you arrive early to get a decent seat (we did as I've learnt from experience). If you're in...More

Main seats are at the back, but also one row at each side. You can stand at the side, but will only have a decent view if you’re stood directly behind someone sat down. Anyone arriving late gets stuck standing (can be 3... More
