I have visited the Grand on many occasions to see musicals, plays and the ballet. The theatre is beautifully decorated with tiles, painted panels and plush velvet seats. There are bar areas on each floor and toilet facilities (these could do with being updated.) During the interval there are refreshments available in the bar and also ice cream on sale... More

The show we saw this time was Thoroughly Modern Millie, Joanne Clifton who heads a brilliant cast is as we know a fantastic dancer but she also has an excellent... More

Fantastic show. I wanted to see this show to see Jo Clifton dance. What I didn't know was what a wonderful voice she has, thoroughly enjoyed this fun show. All the cast were great.

Take the opportunity to see a great cast in a fabulous production of Thoroughly Modern Millie, currently playing at the Grand Theatre. Joanne Clifton heads a brilliant cast and what a voice. The theatre is lovely to visit too.

The whole experience was a good one from beginning to end. The place was packed for the show, yet, when everyone made a beeline for the bar at the interval, we all got served efficiently and everyone seemed happy.

Great theatre, I am disabled so worried about getting to my seat.....I had no need to worry. They have a lift which I u sed, the staff were very helpful and polite. An added bonus was that the show was very good and Jodie Prenger was excellent !!!

Once again the Box Office did not let us us down with 3 fabulous Stalls seats booked about only 3 weeks before the performance. Plenty of legroom. We paid £5 to park in the nearby St Johns Multi Storey and had a pre theatre drink in one of the many nearby bars. I am going again next week this weekend... More

It's a lovely theatre, good all round views, easy on the pocket(depending on what you see), plenty of parking and restaurants close by. We watched "Count Auther Strong" he was very funny
