Myself and my daughter went to the corn exchange. It's a grade 1 listed oval building. Looks very impressive inside and out. Situated near the Kirkgate market. Their are lots of quirky shops, free to enter, it's well worth visiting.

Now boutiques and independent stores, but the space itself is wonderful. Lovely shape, great roof, worth seeing.

I brought a friend here who has not seen it before and she couldn't believe the building and all that goes on inside. It is so historical and trying to imagine what it was built for is so clever.

This is a delightful old building and I have seen old photos which show it surrounded by industrial buildings, which must have been different. Today there's a main floor with a few cafes and some quirky shops, as well as an upper floor around the...More

It's the architecture you come to the Corn Exchange for. Over the years the retail offering has waxed and waned; in my opinion, at the moment, it's a bit poor, or alternatively it's quirky, depending on your outlook. However, ignore the shops and enjoy the...More

When visiting Leeds don’t forget to see this building - it’s very interesting and has an unique vibe and architecture. There is plenty of shops ( outlets ) all run by small businesses which makes it even greater. I loved it !

A superb old building, expertly renovated and over the years has had many uses, mainly as retail outlets of a specialist nature and excellent cafes. A huge domed roof supported by an impressive iron structure. Well worth making the effort to visit next time you...More

The Corn Exchange is not a hotel, it is a 'shopping centre' - filled with shops and cafes.
