We were disappointed from the moment we arrived, the member of staff was unhelpful stating that our vouchers sets out of date despite them having no date on them and being collected that morning. We all paid full price. The butterflies were the saving grace,...More

Have been several times over the years and have always thoroughly enjoyed. It is a rescue center for many ill treated animals so some do look a little sorry but now have a lovely spacious home. There are some massive reptiles and lovely selection of...More

Felt maybe a bit too pricey for admission; there are various laid out gardens; animal avenue (for rescued animals) aviary & small butterfly area. Museum & shipwreck exhibition; there was a gardener working there too
