We visited as a homeschool group. The staff was very Plasent and wasn't so busy. The kids loved the part where they could climb into the helicopter and sit inthe pilot seat.

Recently the air museum has been isolated due to ongoing roadworks. The roadworks have now finished and once again it is easy to access the museum. The volunteers have done a great job in continuing the great work at the museum during the lengthy roadwork disruption. The museum takes toy through aviation history and lets you access many of the... More

Having passed this venue a few times I felt it was time to pay it a visit. It's a enthusiastic place with volunteers all very knowledgeable guiding around the exhibits adding details that are not always apparent. The cafe is cosy and sandwiches and coffee are well made. It may not be glitzy and shiny, but it is a real... More

For a small museum it has an excellent selection of 'real' aircraft plus other exhibits, including the excellent Frank Whittle centre. Particularly enjoyed my visit to the Vulcan and Electra cockpits. At £7 per adult you cannot go wrong. Also perfectly adequate tea room available.

Only a small museum, but costs peanuts to get in, and there are dozens of planes outside- some that can be climbed into. kids loved it. great for a cheap afternoon out

Fantastic museum with some unique exhibits, friendly staff and a cosy little shop and tea room. Being both indoor and out, it's best to wrap up if visiting on a cold day, however if you are at all interested in aviation, do make time to go outside to the varied exhibits particularly my favorite aircraft English Electric Lightning

Had a great time with grandad, hubby and teenage son. The Vulcan was open for tours so we were lucky enough to hear all about it. Superb - the guide was fun and knowledgeable. Speed, bombs, stories. What a cracking place with lots of hidden treasures. Make sure you get your photo sat in the Meteor cockpit too.

Visited yesterday, had a great day , even though it was freezing cold .Such a great selection of aircraft on display. Loads to see and read. Entrance was £7 which was very fair. Also had some lunch , sandwich was good and again reasonably priced. The volunteers were really good and knowledgeable would recommend

Although we live in Coventry, I have never been and was surprised by the amount to see. It was very quiet on the day of our visit and for the majority of our time, we were the only ones there. I loved the meteor, and sitting in the cockpit, and the vulcan was amazing. I have seen them flying before... More
