Brilliant venue. Canapés,food, entertainment and service absolutely superb. Well worth the money. The grounds are gorgeous and the marquee looked beautiful. No expense spared in making all feel welcome

It was really a nice visit. I enjoyed walking round. There are good facilities for all the family plenty of places to sit admire nature & the view, really good for young children.

a great day out in the winter on xmas day. Had a nice walk round, with picnic in a natural habitat. Would have been better were it more accessible by public transport. City council transport department needs to look at this.

The Country Park is great for families as it has a number of attractions for children. Firstly over the road from the car park there is a 'conventional' playground with swings etc., There is also a café and toilets that are usually clean. As you...More

You do have to pay for parking. I don't know own how much as hubby paid. But it's beautiful if you go on a none raining day. Gives you're legs a good stretch. The coffee shop serves hot drinks dunno about hot food we just...More

went here to play poke mon aug 2016, had a nice walk, but not much to do on the grounds apart from walk ice cream over priced

Coombe Abby is great. There are some lovely walks in the woods. The kids can ride bikes, do a bit of bird watching, (in hides around the park) feed the ducks, climb trees, go to the adventure playground, the list really is endless. The park...More

I believe all rooms have irons (the 3 x I've stayed there they have) if your room didn't they'd get you one. fab hotel.

Yes it is a great place to go for any length of walk. There is a lot to see while you are walking and before you know it you have walk much further than you expected to. Great safe place for families too.
