We booked tickets here for a show (Sarah and Duck, hugely recommended btw) and didn't do a lot of research on the venue. Arrived in Birmingham early, followed signs for mac and nature park and didn't know it was the same thing. The centre has...More

True it was bank holiday but this does not excuse unwiped filthy tables, very dirty lavatories both disabled and non disabled with no toilet paper . Rubbish all over the area into the park and simply the worst half warm tasteless coffee ever. I remember...More

I love the MAC in Brum for music, exhibitions and the cinema, but the cafe is always dirty. You don't see anyone wiping the tables. I regularly meet up with grandchildren for lunch, the tables and chairs are always sticky and dirty. Last Sunday we...More

Visited earlier today. It's a lovely centre. Wanted to mention that Vince at reception was really helpful earlier this morning and kindly printed off something for me. Thanks. Been to cafe before it's pretty nice too. It's pretty busy on Saturdays after park runs.

What is the situation with parking here? There is not much information on the website about it. I am at a course soon at the Mac and the web says 2 hours free. As the course is all day this isn't much help... Do I need to park off site or is there somewhere onsite to park? Thanks, Matt.

Hi Matt, There is a large car park at Cannon Hill Park next to mac. We recommend arriving with plenty of time to find a suitable parking space. You can find out more information on our website in the visit us section... More
