Would have given this 5 stars, however parking now pay and display. Really disappointing that you have to pay to park at public parks even after paying council tax. There are usually things happening here and lots of see or do during your visit.

How cool is cannon hill. We stayed in a house nearby and had the weather to let us walk through the park daily. The best thing was the little train which let you be taken round the entire park and to hop on and offf...More

At the risk of sounding pretentious, this could be considered Birmingham's central park. It is a short ride from the centre of town, and is a real treat. It is very popular with locals (and their dogs), not least as it is very child friendly,...More

Great area to go for a walk around the ponds, full of flowerbeds, ducks/geese and other wildlife. Also includes a children's park, several benches, a forest area and a MAC centre with an indoor cafe. Would highly recommend for a family day out. 🌲🌳🌿🍁🍂🍃

Enjoyed a fun day out here. Albeit alone this time to have a quiet cultured ethnic Israeli coucous salad meal deal that was good value - very healthy and tasty. Menu choices change regularly. I had a good wander round the gardens after lunch and...More

I regularly visit cannon hill with my family as it is quite nearby and large enough to keep the children's attention for a good few hours. The MAC is great and a fantastic and easily accessible introduction to the arts with new installations added regularly,...More

Plenty to do in the park meeting family before and after event. Play areas, wildlife to watch. Safe paths for toddler. Handy cafe for lunch. Super resource in city.

Been here hundreds of times but as of this week they have imposed parking charges. Birmingham City Council are a shambles.
