Walked along the quayside from one end to the other, seeing all the bridges along the way, complete with rainbow over the Tyne Bridge and sunset later on. Well worth the walk.

The Quayside is really lovely to walk along during the day and early evening but can get rowdy at night. great views of the bridges and the Sage and Baltic and some of the bars and restaurants are really lovely.

It is lovely to look down the river at the quayside. You can see many bridges from one spot. Plenty of places to eat and drink too. I bet it’s even nicer in the sunshine - unfortunately we were unable to trial this!

The Sunday market is well worth the visit, no crap stalls all good quality and priced well and not jam packed. Take extra cash though and also good stalls to eat

I just love going to the quayside. Every Sunday they have the market. I enjoy going there for food and buying some new vinyls. The view is lovely too. If it’s nice and warm have a pint in any of the bars close to it.
