Found the market on a quick trip to the quayside on our trip back to Perth. Fantastic and lucky for us the weather was fantastic. Loads of food stalls and fresh fruit and veg. Loved it.

Good for walking on a nice day plenty of places to eat have a drink or just sit and people watch. There is the architecture of some of the buildings and older bridges to enjoy and walk over the Millennium bridge to the Gateshead side...More

Very busy, but what a wonderful city. Lots to see and do, the quayside is a lovely place to walk, people watch, sit to have refreshments and enjoy your stay.

OH MY FAVOURITE PLACE IN NEWCASTLE. I can just sit there all day looking at the pretty view. Also when the bridge opens up, it is a sight worth waiting for.

Very much a work in progress - but it will be good when it's finished - the hotels have arrived before the bars and restaurants

Everything available there! Actually I'm living there and was a very good decision. Easy to go out of the city, the Tyne just there, the side walks... the restaurants, the pubs, the beautiful people, the Sunday street market...
