I recently went to the City Hall to see Knights of Music which was very good. However, I was seated in the stalls, and because seats are all at the same level, it was difficult to see at times due to people sat in front....More

First time there tonight seeing Ricky Gervais, great venue! I don't think there's a bad place to sit because the venue us quite small so every place has a good view. Thinking about going to see Russell Brand in December now that I've been there!...More

Three of us attended the recent David Bowie Tribute Concert which was amazing - it started on time and lasted about 2 1/2 hours with intermission. Seats were comfortable, we were in row L and had good views. Carpet has probably seen better days, but...More

Went to city hall to see Shakin Stevens and was very disappointed with show and venue. The City Hall should be closed or refurbished. The toilets smell to high heaven, the Security were darting around stopping people from dancing and taking pictures, the seats are...More

Went to see Bowiemania on Saturday night. Fantastic show but a bit disapointed by the venue. I realise City Hall is an old building but that is no excuse for very poor facilities. The bars were basement level as were the toilets and the stench...More

I came here to see Scott Bradlee's Postmodern Jukebox in March 2017. I was impressed by the décor, the history of the place. It is looking tired but then it is old, it needs money spent on it. I didn't go the bar so I...More

Went to see Jimmy Carr as a group, seated row C in the balcony, great view, comfortable seats, bar is a nightmare, needs an in and out section to get some sort of organisation, chaotic at best

I think Row M in the stalls as there is absolutely loads of leg room. Defo not front row balcony. Check the seating plan tho first before you book.
