Very interesting to see artist representations of Newcastle through the ages. Very good descriptions by each exhibit. Good cafe too.
I love to visit the Laing, it is such a peaceful place to sit and contemplate the wonderful artwork. It's centrally located and near other great places such as the Great North Museum and Newcastle Library.

Well laid out in a modern style. Information adequately done. Great shop it's in the city centre, so easy to access. Food is good in cafe.
