NEVIS RANGE Mountain Experience is in the heart of the Highlands of Scotland, 7 miles north of Fort William. The mountain gondola will transport you to 650m on Aonach Mor where you'll find the Snowgoose restaurant & bar with awesome views, mountain trails, kids play area, and the Mountain discovery Centre (summer only). In the winter, we're open for sledging, skiing and boarding. There's biking for all in Leanachan forest, plus bike wash, bike hire and a skills park. The NEVIS downhill track (with gondola uplift) hosts the Mountian Bike World Cup each year and there's the new red Route opening in summer 2009. We hope you love it as much as we do!

The gondola offers some really nice views of the Highlands and worth the trip up if you want to see some views without hiking for hours. There are two walks at the top but they're both rather short and quite easy. Probably not the best...More

We rode the gondola up as a family, and the hiked onto the top of the mountain. This was a spectacular day for us, children included---they loved the hike up to the top where you could see forever. Will do this again!

I was luck enough to get the last gondola ride up to the summit. The weather was just right to see a spectacular view. Didn't have enough time, but worth the £14 return ride.

Wonderful experience, would visit again. Not the youngest of visitors, but we managed one of the walks.

Not online.. But you can buy them from Visitors' Centre. Also, there are hundreds of Gondolas, so- will not have to worry about being late!
