Enjoyable afternoon!

Called in to Snape Maltings en route to Aldeburgh. Great shopping venue and bought lots of original Christmas gifts. The Pump Bakery area is a real bonus. The antique and... read more

Went there to have a look at what's new as been before a few times and hopefully find that Christmas present for the difficult to buy for people on your list Sadly usual overpriced stuff you don't need or want including Christmas turtles and pigs covered in glitter !! Main restaurant jammed told by the uninterested staff to go to... More

No change in the dreadful level of customer service experienced on the last visit. No eye contact, no greeting, no attention, no enquiring if we needed help. Staff continued with their tasks rather than engage. This was true in the main sales area, the food hall and the craft area. I'm amazed so many people visit this place.

The coffee shop was really good. Service was spot on and the food and drinks are really good and a fair price

We were rather disappointed with the Maltings. Lots of individual little shops offering very expensive goods. The setting is pretty and the area is good for a walk, but as for a shopping experience - no!

I am sure a lot of people will visit Snape Maltings and love the place. It has been converted into a Concert Hall, Holiday Accomodation, a Public House and Shops. I was just visiting, there was a Classical Music Concert on (I am not a fan) which meant that parking was difficult, we had a look around the food store... More

Great experience shopping here , managed to just about park the car and get into the place, lots of Christmas treats on sale , but sadly some items really expensive. Good choice and range of shopping experience.

Most of the shops here are very expensive, but the goods are of high quality. You can get a coffee and snack at a reasonable price for a tourist themed place. Parking was difficult with spaces laying empty as they were reserved for possible handicapped Music Festival attendees. It is a very attractive venue with interesting architecture and a nice... The good thing abought Snape is free parking, it is a pretty site on river and clean loo's but found everything to be very expensive. It is good to just have a look round if you have a hour to spare.

We called into Snape Maltings as we were just passing. What a fantastic find! An antiques market was taking place when we got there on Sunday morning. A busy place with wonderful stalls, shops and traders. Wonderfully situated on the river, Snape Maltings is a brilliant place to while away the hours.
