The station is fine - fairly clean and pleasant - but don't expect to park very easily if you are dropping someone off or picking up a passenger. There are scarcely more than a handful of short time parking spaces and they're all invariably full. It is a nightmare to park temporarily and whoever planned it like that needs serious... More

Not much there apart from a coffee shop and a vending machine but the staff were helpful. Good customer service and a good bus service from outside the station.

Easy to navigate and staff are more than happy to answer any questions, or to help you find out what platform you need.

Average amount of stuff on sale. Not enough fresh produce available though. More fruit would be good! Sockets to charge phone would also be great!

Rude, unhelpful and ignorant staff at the newly installed ticket barriers who can't be bothered to open them when your tickets, purchased only an hour earlier, don't work...Get your act together Virgin trains as this is a poor customer service experience!

The station itself is very old fashioned. The coffee shop is expensive and dirty and the toilets are smelly. Staff are not approachable. I hate using this station and prefer to use National Express.

There are wonderful signs and symbols in order to understand everything! To get to the route number two, it is necessary to go down in transition or by lift to the transitional bridge. I did not notice right away, where it is located, I went in search of me and immediately went on duty at the station and explained everything!... More

Very easy to find your way around the station. Nice little cafe which offer a wide range of drinks and snacks. Walking distance from the City Centre (Hanley), and a few hundred yards away from Stoke-on-Trent Sixth Form and Staffordshire University. Good location.
