We love longton Park. We take our 2 year old on her trike regularly mainly at the weekend. We go early and it's sooo peaceful. The wildlife are always nice to see, squirrels, swans, ducks. For starters it's called Queen's Park - Longton, not Longton Park. A fairly run of the mill park, no frills or spills & no cafe. The are public conveniences at the lower entrance. Nice day out for a walk and let the kids blow off steam on the park all fenced off with railings so its safe

Spent a few hours here with the kids playing tennis and football. Lovely open space in the city, nice for walks and activities.

A beautiful, clean park which kept the children busy for hours. We visited on a Saturday and took a picnic and some bread for the ducks. The gardens are well looked after and the paths and parks kept us busy for some time. The squirrels are confident and will sometimes follow you if they suspect you have food! a great... More

We love very close to the park and find it a fantastic place for all the family no matter you capabilities I am a wheelchair user and love trundling around. The wildlife is amazing I take my camera with me and love it. There's lots for the kids at the play ground, tennis court, basketball court, exercise area and lots... More

Longton park is a great place for the kids.There's a play area, tennis courts, skate ramps, playing fields and a large lake.Events are held throughout the year

The park is suitable for all people including those in wheelchairs is the majority of the park is flat two lakes full of wild birds and seating areas suitable for all ages are able then to feed the dogs and all the wildlife at the park plenty of bandstands and seating available for people that can't walk too far all... we have known longton park all of our lives and its still a lovely place to go and relax, to stroll or to go and see an event like armed forces day.

Loved it here- we come quite often. It's free great for a picnic and a football. Great things to do and beautiful scenery with lots of space to play. Worth going for a visit.
