Beacon Park has always been beautiful and my first repeat visit since the 1970's didn't disappoint. I remember beautiful mature trees on the frontage by the old library which are gone. Maybe Elms? Still a beautifully kept municipal park though, well worth a visit even...More

We often visit this park with the grandchildren, either for the facilities or to watch them play football, both of which are excellent.

Very well maintained by Lichfield District Council. Plenty of open spaces, a childrens play area, a cafe (only open fri, sat, sun in the winter season), 18 hole chip & put golf course, lovely gardens. Plenty of activities throughout the year. Wonderful.
