Dunster wishes to invite you to its brand new community museum and doll collection. Come and discover the amazing story of this beautiful village and travel through time from its foundation to the present. Visit us and explore our vibrant history, hear stories of Viking raids and bloodshed in the Civil War, tales of romance in the time of Lords and Ladies and see how history has shaped the idyllic place that thousands visit every year. Also see our fabulous Doll Collection. We have one of the largest collections of dolls in the country, with thousands of dolls spanning different time eras, cultures and manufacturers. The collection is always growing so there are likely to be many new additions and faces if you have visited before! Situated in the beautiful medieval village of Dunster, we are located on the gateway to Exmoor National Park. Come and visit us today! PLEASE NOTE: The Project is still under way and as such not all aspects of it are complete. We thank you for your understanding and co-operation.

If you like dolls this is the place for you, I can't get over exicited but I wouldn't have missed the experience of seeing 1,000's of dolls from all over the world in one place. It's free to enter as well.

Lovely museum with a collection of dolls from around the world. Our 4 year old girl really enjoyed it. There is no entrance fee, however you can leave a voluntary contribution. Lovely place. Worth a visit.
