Thermae Bath Spa is Britain's only natural thermal Spa and benefits from the warm, mineral-rich waters which the Celts and Romans enjoyed over 2,000 years ago. Located in the heart of the World Heritage city of Bath, Thermae is a remarkable combination of five historic buildings and the contemporary architecture of the New Royal Bath. Highlights include the open-air rooftop pool with wonderful views over the city of Bath, the flowing curves of the Minerva Bath, an innovative series of steam rooms and a choice of over 50 spa treatments and packages.

We visited late afternoon to see the sunset . It was a nice time to go but was very busy . I found it to be an average spa . Not luxurious at all. The changing area was confusing and the cubicles small. The showers were on a different level so a bit of a hassle. We couldn't get into... More

Fabulous facility well managed especially the rooftop pool was not only relaxing but impressive design wise. The restaurant was clean and efficient alas the only downside was we were left sitting awaiting our food order in wet cold robes as it took far too long to provide dry ones which should have been available from restaurant opening time!

Whilst we were in Bath, my wife wanted to visit the Thermae Spa and experience the rooftop pool. We knew to get there early due to the queues, and we arrived about 10am. For £37, you get 2 hours "bobbing around" time + 30 minutes changing time. To me this is quite expensive - you get access to the lovely... More

Freezing cold crisp morning when we visited! Fantastic bobbing about on the roof top pool in the steam overlooking the Bath top skyline. They provide good towels, robes, slippers and shampoo/hairdryers etc. All you need is your swimmers!

We took our two teenage daughter here as a treat and we couldn't have been happier. We went on a week day during he summer holidays but there was no queue. Once inside gowns and slippers were provided. We had full access to all the areas and chose not to have any treatments. Changing rooms were clean with plenty of... More

This was our first visit to Bath and a friend recommended we come here. I was a bit unsure about taking a whole afternoon out of our short stay in the city but a spa visit sounded too good to resist. We booked the twilight package, 3 hours in the spa followed by dinner and a drink. We had a... More

We tried to book a treatment package for 4 a few weeks before going but we're unable to as they were fully booked on that Friday. We arrived about 11am and paid £34 each for the 2hr which included the rooftop pool the Minera pool and the steam rooms. The views were amazing from the rooftop pool and the water... More
