Thermae Bath Spa is Britain's only natural thermal Spa and benefits from the warm, mineral-rich waters which the Celts and Romans enjoyed over 2,000 years ago. Located in the heart of the World Heritage city of Bath, Thermae is a remarkable combination of five historic buildings and the contemporary architecture of the New Royal Bath. Highlights include the open-air rooftop pool with wonderful views over the city of Bath, the flowing curves of the Minerva Bath, the multi-sensory Wellness Suite and a choice of over 50 spa treatments and packages.

Arrived before 9 on Sunday morning very much looking forward to our spa session. The door wasn't opened yet but there were around 40 people in front of us. We assumed that when the door opened at 9 these people would be processed quickly so...More

As you can't book we went on a Friday afternoon and queued for around half an hour to get in. For the money you get 2 hours worth of spa time and flip flops, gown and towel. It was very relaxing inside and never felt...More

Wonderful place and very effectively run. Loved the different experiences on each floor, the wellness suit is sublime! A must for anyone visiting Bath!

Really disappointed. The stench of chlorine as I entered should have been my clue to turn around and walk out. This is no better than any kiddies pool in any leisure centre. The alleged health benefits of the 'natural' spring water is surely diminished by...More

This Spa includes two large thermal pools -- one outdoor -- and several sauna, steam room, and ice bath experiences -- all were appealing and made for a surprisingly fun and invigorating experience. Strongly recommend.

We went on a Sunday lunchtime and did not have to queue. There are more special offers in the week from local hotels so that may be why or we were just lucky!
How can you tip if you are not carrying any money within the spa?

Quite frankly you would be hard pushed to find a member of staff to tip? Although the therapists were good. YOu have access to your locker if you want to tip.
Hello would anyone recommend any of the spa treatments as some are very pricey which I don't mind just wanted to get some ideas from others ?
