Beautiful trip without a ridiculous price tag. Didn't expect to enjoy it but I did! Absolutely fascinating.

The baths are amazing. Beautifully reconstructed and it is so nice to be able to walk on the same paving stones the Romans did. The attached museum is also interesting with lots of Roman artefacts including some interesting gravestones and curses! Free audio guides available too to really make the most of your visit.

It was late in the day on our last day in Bath. We chose to start the tour anyway and I'm glad we did. The guides were knowledgeable and pleasant. They and the signage were very clear what was original Roman, Victorian reproduction, and modern restoration. The restoration excavation and restoration is still ongoing. Displays are well set up and... More

Fascinating way to spend some time. A little expensive but family tickets offer good value. Very atmospheric.

Great museum about Romans and how they lived over 2000 years ago. Each person gets individual audio guide. Visual images showing how some parts would have looked helped provide a clear idea of life in Roman times. Again gets very busy so early morning is ideal time to come.

This is a must see attraction. So lovely that this old roman bath has been preserved and we were able to visit it! Drinking a cup of the water was a strange experience but you have to do it.

A self directed tour with the help of your own audio equipment. A brilliant idea because you could set your own pace. Seeing the main bath made you feel like you were back in history.

Must go. The history. The Romans. The structure. The activities then. The explanation and bits of well arranged and prepared history for kids and another set for adults were brilliant. Anyway, in short, must go.
