Nice cafe for breakfast
Jul 2021 • Couples
Nice breakfast baguette on this bridge with a nice bit of history. We sat down to a breakfast baguette and coffer before embarking on the boat trip down the river.

a must see
Jul 2021
This is a major attraction in Bath and you would be unlucky to miss it. We ate at restaurants near the bridge on two nights, and were taken to it on our walking tour of the city when the guide explained the history and importance of this area. I would certainly recommend the walking tour.
Lovely views, some good restaurants and independent shops make this a must visit area.

Truly mesmerizing!

I could spend hours just staring at the bridge and the river! Have taken lots of photos on our first day, then came back again the following day to take some more. It’s absolutely beautiful!

Another place to look at on a Bath Visit.

We admired this from the adjacent Parade Gardens park. The weir is directly in front of the bridge & on a sunny day this was perfect place to relax & simply stare at the beautiful architecture & constant splashing noise of the water.

A must-see while in Bath
Jun 2021
The views of the bridge from both sides are spectacular, the shops on the bridge are worth browsing too. Definitely a must-see while in Bath and it's so close to the abbey and baths so it's the perfect addition to a Bath day trip!

Picturesque

Beautiful picturesque bridge with an interesting history. One of the only bridges built like this in the world which has shops on it. You only need a quick stop here and is better viewed from the green below or the street overlooking the weir for some good photos.

A must visit. It’s so beautiful and calming. It was busy but when standing watching the river and listening to the water time just seemed to stand still and I felt relaxed. A must when you are visiting
