We just spent a very relaxing hour sat in this magnificent garden "The Dingle" in The Quarry. If you go to Shrewsbury its well worth a visit.

This is a hidden gem, a sunken garden with a pond with 2 fountains, the area is a mass of colourful shrubs & flowers, there are lots of bench seats either in full sun or shade, this is a must see place & well worth a short walk from the town centre.

The quarry is a beautiful river walk in my local town. Lots of gorgeous food places nearby, coffee places and park for the kids with a paddling pool. Great for walking the pooch too. It has a real 'buzz' about a it. Enjoy

This is such a beautiful place. An absolute gem. We were only on a two hour stop for lunch. We knew all about it having visited a couple of years earlier. It was a beautiful day. Sunshine all the way. Beautiful flowers, shrubs and trees. Lots of seating around so you can relax, read a book or watch the world... More
