With the girls choosing to browse around the stalls down the middle of the gallery building, my son and I (accompanied by Grandad) wandered through the various galleries looking at the famous industrial past of the city. From stroking an ammonite through to watching videos...More

Lovely use of space to exhibit small displays of art work. There is a lovely shopping area in the space adjoining the smaller separate rooms exhibiting the work. Bought a lovely glass piece for my visit to Sheffield.

It had some great little exhibitions including work by John Ruskin and a stunning collection of metalwork. It's a fantastic space and included a nice gift shop too.

This is a collection of small galleries and shops. The Ruskin collection is particularly interesting. The exhibitions often change and usually relates to Sheffield's industrial heritage. Very good Makers shop at Christmas. Nice as it is linked to the Winter Garden next door.
