What a lovely place to visit sadly we didn't have enough time to see all of these gardens, We took a taxi up to the gardens as it was a few miles from where we were staying.

Such a special place. So peaceful, so neat and so full of interest - Oh and so full of great plants. Just the perfect place to read a book on a sunny day but equally as perfect for a picnic with the family.

Great green space, some lovely Victorian architecture, the glass house, restored with lottery money to its former glory was full of interesting plants. Best preserved bear pit in Europe was a sight to see. Can't wait to go again.
