Highly recommend the tour - we lucked out and got a private tour as it was a rainy January day in Oxford. He was kind enough to tailor it to our liking, and we spent a nice hour and a bit walking around central Oxford...More

Peter was our guide for the day. As there was noone else in the tour, we had him all to ourselves. ;) He was spilling with knowledge and information throughout the tour, showing us into bars and colleges, and took us into alleys that we...More

This is a tour you MUST take upon arrival. The hour-long tour (actually, closer to 70-75 minutes) was the perfect way to get oriented to our surroundings, find out some very interesting facts, get the insight into places we wanted to visit later, and see...More

Alasdair is a really likeable and knowledgeable guide. We had a lovely evening and really enjoyed our learning experience, and a few beers. It was a fun way to check out Oxford at night.

2 hour walking tour of Oxford. Small Group. Reasonable Price. Free tours have too many people. Guide wore a large Alice in Wonderland Top Hat and was easy to follow. Well worth the time.

We did the "free" 2 hour "Walk with Footprint" walking tour of the city. The guide, an Oxford undergrad, was excellent; well informed, good communicator and very personable. The walk took in the famous university and historic sites and payment was by means of tipping...More

Hi Ani, It seems you actually joined another tour-not my one! However, now that you've tried my competition, next time you want to enjoy a tour of Oxford, please google me instead!

There was only my mother and me on the tour but that was great as it meant we got the great tour guide/ or the 'mad hatter' to ourselves. He was very entertaining and had lots to tell us as we wondered around. Would recommend...More

Two friends and I stumbled upon the Mad-hatter walking tour and highly enjoyed it! The quirky comments and jokes and interesting facts made this a really great tour. And Alastair was a fountain of knowledge. Great value for money, too. I highly recommend!
