The grandchildren enjoyed the visit, BUT under the new owners several on the animal enclosures were empty, and the play area needed maintenance.

We went to visit santa on Christmas Eve with our three children, one being our 6 month old baby who was visiting for the first time. We paid almost £30 and waited for nearly an hour to be completely disappointed when we finally got to see santa. Santa was wearing a costume that looked like it had never seen the... More

We recently had our daughters 4th birthday party in the party barn, the facilities are good and the staff are friendly and helpful and leave you in peace, there's plenty for the little ones to do with the playground and the animals to see, the kids were able to handle some of the guinea pigs too, it was also very... The children farm and playground is always popular, but on our last visit there were fewer animals and the playground surface needed some attention

Nice garden centre with gifts as well as garden plants etc. Didn't visit the farm but looked lovely for children. Friendly staff who apologised for the wet tables outside and wiped them down. Food was average, had a bacon Brie and cranberry panini which was nice. Intended to have cake or dessert but nothing looked appetising. Bought some honey from... More

Went with the wife for a walk around the garden centre and to see the animals. We had a good time and enjoyed feeding the goats and llamas. We had a soup & sandwich which was reasonable price and quality. Safe to say we'll be back!

We came here in the school holidays, it's ok for just a few hours but the kids got bored after a little while. There's a few animals, a small play area that's good for little ones, I couldn't believe the shop on the playground was closed that sells ice creams in the summer holidays. We did love the fudge shop... More

We went here bank holiday Monday, the sun was shining, it was a beautiful day but our day would have been better spent somewhere else... the farm is ok but nothing special, they don't seem to have many animals and it's quite run down. The play area is nice enough and the little train but not enough things to do,... More

Lovely place, really pretty, the cafe is great, with a nice view overlooking the farm (food very reasonably priced). Staff are very friendly and helpful, the animals all seem happy and healthy, its good for all ages. The farm is only £3 to enter where you can pet and feed the animals, you can also hold the rabbits and guinea... More

The lady i was supporting and i really enjoyed our visit today. The cafe is lovely and serves great food. I forgot to ask for a receipt at first but when i went back up they were very obliging to help. The lady i took really enjoyed the animals in the farm park and looking round the fish. She also...
