This was the birthplace of Thomas Bewick who engraved wood. My daughter was able to make a picture with some wodden blocks in the print room. We also had a walk around the paddock and met the two donkeys.

Yes. There is a half hourly service from Corbridge to Mickley Square. Get off and walk down the hill for less than ten minutes. It's route number 10 and takes just under half an hour.
