Visited on Friday to watch Northampton v London Irish . Tickets seem expensive . Try and avoid visiting when the football club are also at home as took over an hour to get out of the car park !

Superb Saturday - Real rugby, a real treat at Franklins
Dec 2019
Superb Saturday watching great rugby against Glos showcasing the international class in both sides.
Good food and drink available in the behind the stand, aside choice of good quality food, and real ales direct from the cask as well; along with good humoured and friendly crowd all contribute in making this rugby club; not just a stadium.
A great family afternoon.

This is the place for exciting Rugby ,Chris Boyd has transformed the style of play and its extremely good value for money. That said getting tickets for games can be difficult At times don’t rely on just turning or you risk missing out.Ring box office first .then try stub hub or similar COYS

Tunnel Club - AMAZING
Oct 2019
I was lucky enough to get an invite via work to the Tunnel Club at Franklin's Gardens a last weekend.
Full disclosure, I'm not a die-hard rugby fan - more an admirer of rugby players ;-)
Anyway, it was an unbelievable experience!!!!
The Club is a glass-windowed room right in the middle of the tunnel near where the players come out of their changing rooms.
You can see everything going on and practically smell the players as they run out to play.
There were about a dozen of us in there which still felt spacious and comfortable. Food was good too, as was the Guinness.
Seats in the stands are also very good - just behind the Saints players by the tunnel and not far to walk.
All in all a great day out for any sports fan. Hopefully I'll get invited back soon!

Better than expected!
Jun 2019 • Friends
Arriving for the Chic concert held in this large rugby ground we were pleasantly surprised as it gave more than expected. The pitch was covered with a easily walkable on plastic or rubber non slip surface. A separate area for food and drinks, plenty of static or portable toilets (and they were clean) dotted around all sign posted. Only downside was the price of the car park as apparently the normal £5 fee was for rugby games only this was inflated for "events" to a ridiculous £15......we declined and found free parking elsewhere. The concert was really great so overall a good night.

Nile Rogers and Chic gig
Jul 2019 • Couples
Great place to have an outdoor gig. Really enjoyed the atmosphere and the sun was shining on us!!! The venue was easy to get to, staff were friendly and toilets surprisingly clean and plentiful!!! Drinks not too bad for a big venue, around £5. Food over priced but always is!!!! Nice areas to chill outside the main music and easy to get in and out, large walk ways. A great place 👍

Free car parking next to training pitches with only one stand open for the match. Good service at the bar under the stand, friendly staff all around the ground. Good views, nice stadium.
