Went here to pick our York Passes which I would definitely recommend. David was very helpful and talked us through the pass and the bus tickets. He even provided a replacement for the boat cruise ticket I lost. There are lots of information leaflets available...More
It's about 2 hours - or a bit more. Our guide was knowledgable, interesting and informative and really enjoyed showing off York to the group. Walked the city walls from Bootham to Monkgate.
If you are going to be seeing most, or many of the attractions in York, get a YorkPass. It allowed free entrance into virtually all of the attractions and saved us over $100 pounds as a family. Does not allow "fast track" admittance, but still...More
