Looking forward to walking around the park again but found we couldn't take the dogs in. So we won't be returning to Whitby any time soon, as when it's high season it is packed, rowdy and very uncomfortable.

A really lovely quiet spot not far from the harbour. Beautiful gardens and water features. Well worth a visit.

Went for a walk round this park on one morning of our 3-day stay. A little gem in the middle of the town with squirrels and birds who don't seem intimidated by walkers.

Fab outdoor play ground for all ages with adult seating & right next to Whitby museum (pay) and small art gallery (free). Did not walk around the park itself as it began raining heavy !

Panettone Park has been improved since we were last there , it is really lovely for a stroll around or to eat lunch taking in the views. You can then go into the museum to finish a very nice day.
