A real genuine EastEnd boozer run by the real thing. Often called the friendliest bar in East London. All parts of the local community meet; tie, turban, straight, gay, Irish, artists, builders. Come on your own with your book. Sit at the bar if you fancy a chat or in one of the 2 pretty gardens if you fancy a bit of peace and quiet. Sundays are our weekly DRAG show, Tuesdays are QUIZ nights.

Lovely choice of wines and real ales, now selling locallly brewed bottled beers. Different free entertainment on most nights from Quiz, to Drag acts, to closet vinyl

Found this pub by chance. They serve an excellent range of beers in comfortable surroundings. The best thing is the on-site Muga pizza kitchen, from where you can buy a selection of delicious pizzas and have then brought to you in the pub bar. This...More

The Northcote is a friendly pub with a variety of evening entertainment. The landlady is welcoming and the pub offers a comfortable and spacious environment. It has a pizzeria in the garden which is great. Would definitely recommend this pub.

Simple, no frills pub with a diverse clientele and friendly staff. Their quiz night is fun. They don't have a kitchen, but various caterers sometimes set up outside. If you're looking for fancy, don't bother, but if you like honest, it's a great place.
