During a previous visit to London, we had arrived in the city by train from Edinburgh, at this railway station. At that time, we were in a hurry and had not taken much notice of the station. While on our most recent stay in London,...More

I just visited specifically to go to the Harry Potter shop (as many things are cheaper than the shop at the Studios) but had a walk around the station as well. I was very impressed with the other shops that are there and there's certainly...More

I was having trouble finding a place to purchase a travel adapter and asked one of the staff, a kind looking grandpa working in the station. He kindly pointed me to two shops eventhough he isn't sure. I found one. Thanks to him! I regret...More

Home of platform 9 3/4 as well as trains to the north. You can have your picture taken pushing the luggage trolley through the wall. There was still a queue at 10pm. The new concourse adds to the architectural interest. The original was inspired by...More

Kings Cross is a large station but it is very clean for your average station standards. The boards are large and very clear so it's easy to find which platform your train is going to be on. Also the roof is stunning it has a...More

I go to kings cross at least 10 times a year and is brilliant train station. There are many restaurants and cafes and recommend going to the parcel yard. Yes it's a little expensive but sell great beer and the food looks nice.

Such a busy station with lots going on. The 9 3/4 platform is funny to see as it is just printed on the wall and queues of people to get their photo.

Just a couple of minutes. The Potter shop and platform are in the rear part of the main lobby and very accessible. Just know that it can get crowded at times with everyone wanting photos!
