The pub is in leytonstone Kevin the publican is an excellent operator and his wife is Thai and prepares the meals. They also make and sell pizzas. The pub opens at 4pm week days and earlier at weekends

Absolutely agreed that North Star is a hidden gem in this neighbourhood. Peaceful, friendly environment to have beers and chat with local lads...Prices seem to be a little higher than O'Neill's and Walnut Tree near by, however that is understandable because it's not a chain....More
