We popped in here as it was cold and looking for a pint and something to eat and found a gem. The bar has a good selection of ales, Doombar being one and some czech and Camden lagers. Food is standard pub grub like burgers...More

Went for a drink to see the famous tailless cat, ended up staying all night for the great staff, great atmosphere, and great prices. The cat and dog added something too! A true gem in London!

The people behind the bar are great, genuine friendly, sense of humour. I love that there's a cat (a little haughty) that sits on the bar stools, and two dogs that take the sofa but will share it with customers. Quirky decor, and good food....More

Owing to its proximity to Smithfield Market – the site
of an ancient meat market which remains in operation
today – Clerkenwell boasts a plethora of globally
renowned restaurants, fabulous local eateries, and
some of London's favorite pubs. This isn't merely a
focal point for all things foodie though. Spend enough
time wondering through the area's maze of streets and
you might become accustomed to the litany of slinky
