Dirty toilets over priced drinks and rude security guards never again. The worst pub I have ever visited in my life

A pub of all trades. Monday comedy is awesome (and a steal). The pub is also great for a weekday drinks and when the lovely barman went out for food, he got me food too!

Really friendly and helpful staff. So busy in the evening, but nice and quiet in the day. Good music, good drink selection. Great Sunday lunch menu, which is all vegan with a gluten-free option, too! I had the 'Chicken' and leek pie. Really delicious, flavourful,...More

Went during the day. Not too crowded with quick and friendly bar service. Atmospheric area for bands out the back. Regularly hosts music. Good amount of seating for the size, and plenty of seats outdoors, including an upstairs section. Enough beers. Toilet facilities fine.

Went for a drink Saturday evening, aggressive bouncer said no ID no entry, for a pub?! It was 10.30pm, I'm 34. Moronic behaviour.

A little bit rough around the edges but a constant hit with the locals so they are doing something right! Tends to be a sit down for a pub meal or afternoon drink venue during the day before the students come out to play where...More

This pub serves good beer. However, the real reason for going is the Brockley Ukulele Group's performances on the occasional Sunday evening. You never know what songs you'll get treated to and I'd say until you've heard Timberlake's Sexy Back on the uke, you haven't...More

Impossible to get served at the bar due to sheer numbers, and massive overspill onto the pavement. Very spit and polish inside and not as good a music venue as the New Cross Inn opposite which is more experimental.
