Really friendly and helpful staff. So busy in the evening, but nice and quiet in the day. Good music, good drink selection. Great Sunday lunch menu, which is all vegan with a gluten-free option, too!

Went during the day. Not too crowded with quick and friendly bar service. Atmospheric area for bands out the back. Regularly hosts music. Good amount of seating for the size, and plenty of seats outdoors, including an upstairs section. Enough beers. Toilet facilities fine.

Impossible to get served at the bar due to sheer numbers, and massive overspill onto the pavement. Very spit and polish inside and not as good a music venue as the New Cross Inn opposite which is more experimental.
