White Horse has become our go to pub to chill out after work, or spend a couple of hours on the weekend. Staff are down to earth and friendly and you don't feel like you're disturbing a cabal of wistful millennials when you ask for...More

My friend was headbutted by one of the drinkers in the front beer garden after calling us ‘pakis’ . Instead of waiting for the police to arrive, the manager allowed the perpetrator to leave via the side exit. I’m very confident things would have been...More

Came here last night to see in the New Year and really enjoyed ourselves. Friendly staff, great drinks selection and great (mostly Motown) soundtrack to the night.

The staff are mostly great. It’s a lovely old boozer (traditional) and they’ve retained the best of it since taking it over (and improving it). I like the food....I’d go for the pie. Every pie I’ve had is banging. They do some fantastic two-person sharing...More

Great (big) pub, with good relaxed buzz. Good food, with two veggie roast options on a Sunday, which makes a nice change. Live Jazz at lunchtime too. What's not to like?

Me and my boyfriend arrived here as soon as they opened, at 12:00, and enjoyed a super tasty lunch served with a London brewed beer. Not that expensive and quite fast service! Also wheelchair accesible!
