Clean and efficient station with easy to read train boards and lots of restaurants and shops while you wait. Ideal for trains to southwest of England.

Do not try and use the Oyster card to travel on a different rail system. The staff were most helpful and corrected my error.

Well lit and spacious terminal near the London eye. I always enjoy going out of this station and prefer it over all other London train terminals. Many ticket kiosks but also very helpful personnel in a large ticket office. Trains are announced and posted electronically....More

Bank holiday weekend visit, it was busy but all went smoothly. A relatively easy place to walk round, a good selection of places for refreshment though 30 pence to use toilets excessive.

Waterloo Station is so well located for touring the cIty. The underground is easy to figure out, there are great food and coffee venues at the Station. There is a drug store, a M&S, a WHSmith, ... Many lines connect here at Waterloo Station.
