Came for a birthday treat and had a fab time. Great deep tissue massage and lovely manicure. The girls were all lovely and very knowledgable. Would definitely go back!

My group of four girls visited The Penthouse for an afternoon as part of a birthday celebration. The Penthouse has 2 treatment rooms and a lounge area, but the treatment rooms are only separated by a screen so although only 2 of us could have treatments at once, we all felt like we could chat and be part of the... I was given a gift voucher as a birthday gift and as a new mum was really looking forward to some pampering. I had booked the Garden of England Rose Restore which was described on the website as a massage, salt scrub and a wrap however when I arrived the therapist advised that I had been booked for a Deep... I used to get regular (1x/month) deep tissue massages here when traveling through London. I visited recently following the extensive renovations and what a disappointment! First, it seems to be more of a retail concept now with a tiny spa waiting area crammed in the back near the office - not a very relaxing way to commence your treatment. The... More

Excellent service!! The specialist who served me was very polite and did an amazing job! After discussing the shape she did what we agreed!! Highly recommended!

My godmother booked me for the 'peaceful pregnancy package' as a treat. The booking was made, and I rang up to change the appointment time by 15 mins. When I arrived the receptionist was not aware of this, and told me the appointment had not been changed. I then had to wait half an hour whilst the 'room was turned... More

I've been to this spa a few times now and it has always been lovely. The staff well trained and friendly and the treatments perfect. They are currently undergoing refurbishment and so they have moved location to just 2 minutes away. I had a well being massage and was shown to a pokey tiny little room that had no music,... More

Go for the back massage at £85 and indulge yourself in the treats afterwards. Be amazed by the Skin Lab pre-talk at the beginning of the treatment where they take a picture of your make-up free face and tell you where you're going wrong - yikes!!! Good treat and go with your friend. For male & females alike.

My best friend and I went to the Elemis Day Spa for a 2 hour massage/ facial treatment and both thoroughly enjoyed it. As previous reviewers have said, it's not somewhere you'd spend all day, just the time you're there for treatments (although the waiting area is very pleasant before and after treatments). I didn't see any evidence of tired,... More

By far the best treatments I have had! LOVED all of them - we had the rasul steam mud experience and a full body massage - really spoilt with these. Nice facilities - no pool there but nice chill out areas too and fruit smoothies on the go!

Staying in Mayfair

Neighbourhood Profile
Set beside some of London's best parks and home to world-class galleries, luxurious hotels, and famed thoroughfares, the ultra upscale Mayfair is one of London's most exclusive haunts. Here the shopping is haute, the dining is exquisite, and the nightlife is vibrant. A casual stroll through the area’s chic streets will reveal that Michelin stars and chauffeured cars are practically the norm here. Even if you're on a tight budget, this exceptionally well connected swath of Central London is worth exploring, if only for the chance to take a peak at the goings on of upper crust English society.
