Always a splendid opera but we went to the first performance and it wasn't quite so slick. High up in upper circle voices were a bit thin but we would still recommend this performance.[ In fact might take a couple of visiting Aussies there next...More

Dreadful - dark, dingy and very strange. Didn’t quite understand the projection of just a mouth on the big screen and the weirdest dancing ever seen. Could put you off poets forever - 1 star is too high

We were here to watch Swan Lake. The building itself is very beautiful and watching Swan Lake in such beautiful surroundings was magical. Drinks are expensive but only to be expected for the location.

Went with the girls from work for a ballet night out and it was absolutely stunning!! The story, the music, the costumes and the dancers took our breath away! We sat on upper circle and saw everything perfectly.

If you have never seen the great Russian St. Petersburg Opera company at work then you've missed true masters at their craft. Magnificent!

That’s where we sat - great view and close enough. Try for centrally located seats.
