This is one of the most magnificent monuments. Queen Boadicea, or Boudicca, was a great warrior queen and here she is depicted riding her horses accompanied by, presumably, her daughters. It is close to Westminster. Absolutely fantastic.

Lots of aggressive energy captured in this statue of the warrior queen. The Brits don’t like people invading their island!!

A great reminder of the wonderful way Boadicea stood up to the invaders. She looks brave and stands her ground. Love looking at this statue - it's girl power in a nutshell!

Great representation of Boadicea (Boudicca), a thorn in the side of the Romans when they 'conquered' England. It is nowadays somewhat spoiled by the HUGE stand in front of it selling hats - Magnificent History or cheap hats, come on London, get rid of these...More

Quite a delight to view- was amazed at the size and the beauty of the statue. Located next to Westminster Bridge- a busy area, but worth stopping to admire. If you don't know the history of Boadicea= look it up and you'll be amazed

On the corner of the Embankment and Westminster Bridge, this fine statue can be missed due to busy traffic and numerous people crossing the road. It is impressive, try not to miss it if you are in the area.
