Neighbourhood: Soho
The go-to district for a good time in London, Soho hosts a wealth of world-class theatres and a compelling lineup of cafes, restaurants, pubs, bars, and clubs. At Soho's core is London's original Red Light District and the epicenter of the LGBT scene – and thus the city's hottest nightlife. For shopping enthusiasts, Soho is not only the home of London's greatest concentration of boutique shops, but also the most strategic place to set off on a tour of the world's most celebrated department stores. In the southern part of the neighbourhood lies Chinatown, with its multitude of delicious and affordable restaurants. Closer to the Thames, Chinatown's narrow and teeming lantern-lit lanes spill onto the expansive hub of glitzy Leicester Square.

Sunday Afternoon Visit
Oct 2021
Had a fantastic experience watching Blue Harlem perform two 50 minute sets. The musicians were outstanding and Sophie Shaw on vocals a joy to hear. The staff in the club were friendly, efficient and engaging. Very professional.

Fabulous evening in every respect - but don’t forget your wallet!
Sep 2021 • Couples
We’ve been to Ronnie Scott’s before and when we visited London recently, we saw someone was playing who we were interested in so along we went.
We purchased tickets in advance for the ‘early’ show one Tuesday evening. There are different seating areas and we had cabaret seating (there are cheaper seats). It’s a small venue so you’ll have a good view anywhere. We also ate there (but you don’t have to).
The venue is iconic. Just a black street frontage but anyone who was anyone in music has been there. Staff at entrance and serving were excellent. Friendly and professional. The venue itself I’d great inside. Subtle lighting, all red and candles. Just a great night out.
When we went , the band were terrific - they don’t book anybody bad at Ronnie’s!
If you’re dining, get there for doors open so you have time for food before the main act.
We had a fabulous and very ‘London’ evening. But .. don’t forget your wallet. Tickets, food and drink are expensive (even for London) but that said, you won’t feel shortchanged and you will be talking about your evening for days afterwards.

Well deserved of it’s reputation
Sep 2021 • Friends
Not cheap, but it’s one of the oldest and most highly regarded jazz establishments in the U.K. the staff are super friendly but very professional. Seating is rather cosy but it makes for an intimate and up close performance. The food is great, a simple menu, but something for everyone. Highly recommended.

Not really worth the money but an experience / profiad drud ond difyr
Sep 2021 • Couples
Though the music was faultless, I felt the whole package was overpriced. The venue was over filled (we are still in the days of covid after all), we had very little room at our seats (and I'm quite a small person) and we were squashed up to our neighbours (who were very understanding about it but like us, not very happy about it). The food though quite tasty was overpriced. I think the place is reliant on its 'name' to attract punters and I'd choose somewhere cheaper to see and hear the music I love. But it was an experience and the waiters were very good. Profiad drud ond profiad serch hynny. Ond bytwch rywle arall cyn dod!

Vanessa Haynes was Incredible. 1st time to Ronnie Scott's. Not sure what I was expecting but I wasn't disappointed. Such an intimate setting. The sound of the band and Vanessa was superb. The staff were excellent. Had a great time.

A Great Night Out
Sep 2021
It was many years since we last visited Ronnie Scott's Jazz club.
It was my Birthday treat and we picked it because the band sounded interesting.
The Electric Lady Big Band played a range of Jimi Hendrix music.
It was loud, fun and vibrant. Outstanding musicians and the time flew so fast that I did not want it to end.
I had a a nice chat with their drummer Daisy after the show. One of the great things about the club is its intimacy.
Always recommend this for a great night out.

"Give this go......"
Aug 2021
We had been given this visit by a good friend and Jazz is not our normal choice. We arrived and joined the que and people chatted. We asked the Maitre d' for a dinning seat and were quickly shown to the tired seating in the non members area. We had a good view of the stage 30 feet away and ordered our meal. All around people were ordering cocktails etc...we are still getting used to London prices £12 for drink, ouch. but the atmosphere was very nice. I was a little concerned about the steak I ordered as it gave its weight in grams???? But I was not disappointed it was prefect. The music the main event was great fun and we had a lovely time. I would suggest you go just once.

Wonderful surprise evening
Aug 2021 • Couples
My wife booked us in to see Tony Momrelle and his band. I had no idea what to expect and went with the flow. So glad I did. What a wonderful evening. The club has a great feel to it, the food tasted great and the menu was better than I would've guessed. The band were brilliant and the staff were really on top of events. It's a small intimate venue with atmospheric setting and this is definitely in my list to visit again.

Fantastic experience
Jul 2021
I went to see a fabulous band called W3. It was an amazing experience - the band were amazing. The venue was fantastic. WE had a table very close to the band and it was great to have such an intimate setting. Ronnie Scotts is an incredible place to visit and I will certainly be coming again.
