We picked up the water taxi at Batersea power station and got off near the London Eye. You can use contactless payment for the journey. The staff were helpful and polite the seats inside were very comfortable and we had a window view. There were...More

It was a gorgeous morning in London and I thought perfect for this. I've toured London many times but haven't cruised down the Thames in 30 years. Tube to Westminster and the pier is just across the street from the station. TRS gives a 30%...More

This was my best experience in London on this occasion. Simple journey up to Grenwich and the Thames Barrier but the crew member was very informative. The first part up to London Bridge was spectacular due to the buildings but he brought the past history...More

As my friend from Malaysia has not been on a river cruise to Greenwich, I decided to take him on thursday. It was a sunny day and we enjoyed the trip with a humorous commentary from the staff. Would recommend to anyone who has not...More

We chose the hop on hop off ticket so that we could disembark at St Katherine's Dock for Tower Bridge, but due to time constraints remained on board all the way to Greenwich. It takes an hour each way with boats leaving Westminter at 20...More

We caught the boat from Westminster, the weather was perfect so we sat outside at the bow end of the boat. The running commentary was spoilt by a group of Italian people talking throughout the trip, so we missed much of the information. It was...More

This is a great way to experience London from the Thames. It's well worth paying that little extra and taking the trip down to the Barrier with a hop on hop off ticket. I'd recommend staying on all the way to the Barrier, come back...More

This was an excellent tour, accompanied by a good commentary. We passed all of the landmarks along the river and took some great photos. Sitting up on top was breezy but well worth the view. For what you saw and learned about it was well...More

This is one of the best (and most relaxing) ways to get an overview of the city. The narrative was entertaining and informative. This is also the best way to get to Greenwich (make sure you allow an hour or so to explore this historic...More

If you only had an afternoon to experience London on a
grand scale, Westminster would be a wise place to
start. The ornate Houses of Parliament and Westminster
Abbey sit adjacent at a corner of Parliament Square,
and a short stroll along The Mall leads to Buckingham
Palace. Trafalgar Square and Nelson's Column are just
up the road as well. As captivating as the

As the times vary by day I would recommend checking with the website or with the office when you purchase. No need to book your return trip in advance.

I believe you can stay on the boat for a round trip, so no changes. It goes from Westminster to Greenwich and back. I'd recommend getting off at Greenwich though as there is lots to see there.
