Lovely place to relax.

22°c water temperature. Air temperature was 28°c on the Saturday we visited. The half hour queue to gain entrance was worth it. Cash only accepted at the café. Small items can... read more

I love the lido, I usually go out of peak times and sometimes you can have 50 metres of cool relaxing water to yourself! It's such good value and a great place to relax out of the water as well as in. The coldest temp I've experienced was in May and for me it was easily bearable (my male friends... More

A massive swimming pool with amazing outside space. Pool isn't heated but once you're moving its ok.

The large pool is impressive and i was happy to find a baby pool here too but the temperature of the water in August was still too cold for babies and little kids. I was a bit disappointed to have to queue for the baby pool once inside - but at least the lifeguards are keeping the little ones safe.... More

Very busy with hundreds of people but felt empty , a truly paradoxical delight . The pool was just huge, fabulous . The visitors were lovely people . I visited on my own but got chatting to several other visitors Cafe prices were very reasonable for London. Set in beautiful woodland ....the whole experience was amazing ( but the weather... More

I went to the lido last Saturday, one of the rare sunny Saturday in London. The place is nice, staff friendly but only a couple of things I did not find very nice. Smoking area is ridiculous. It's a square place under a roof, there is no air moving there, you literally can't breath. The ground it's very small. The swimming pool... More

Yes there are leaves in the pool, its outdoors and 91m long; yes it's cold; no slides for kids; no lockers; basic changing rooms; old fashioned and not very modern.. All these things make it wonderful and an oasis in Sw London. If you want the facilities of a leisure centre or jazzed up Lido, or want to pose around... More

22°c water temperature. Air temperature was 28°c on the Saturday we visited. The half hour queue to gain entrance was worth it. Cash only accepted at the café. Small items can be handed over at the entrance for safe keeping. I would recommend taking a picnic and spending a day here.

£8 for a swim just seems a rip off. Will proabably not return.. The water is nice, cold and as clean as an outdoor pool will allow. The changing facilities are basic but more than adequate.

Tooting Bec lido is a very relaxing place to go to and despite the cold temperature from time to time it is great value for its price

I love Tooting Bec lido but make sure you get there early in the summer. I'm currently in a massive queue at 1230 and knew it would be heaving. But as a regular visitor I know it will be worth it. I wish it was heated though, not necessarily today, but so I could use it the rest of the... More
