Great atmosphere! Fine memories. Missing stadion already... New era to come. These colours don't run. Been here many times, never dissapointed. Atmosphere is always good and " friendly" in east london, keep on rockin' despite of going to new stadion. Never surrender.. Go west ham

Home of the hammers, one of the last great traditional grounds left in top flight football. Located in one of the most vibrant and down to earth places in London, full of local characters. Try and get to Upton Park before it finally closes its doors, it'll be sorely missed. COYI

For 112 years the Boleyn Ground aka Upton Park has been the home of West Ham Utd. It was my first and last time I’ll see the old ground before its demolished later this year, turned into housing and a supermarket when the team take up their new residency at the Olympic Stadium. The farewell tour took in the Chairmen’s... More

I was lucky enough to get a ticket for the farewell to the Boleyn behind the scenes tour, well worth the effort if you can manage it before it closes for good.

I decided to do the behind the scenes tour before they tear this place down. I booked a couple of tickets online and one more over the phone on the day and went with my two Sons (neither of which support West Ham). We dropped the women off at Westfield and headed over here, parking in the stadium car park.... More

End of an area and an appropriate send off. No more chances to visit which is a shame as these close action football stadiums become a thing of the past

I went to watch the final game here against Manchester United and experienced possibly the best sporting spectacle I will ever see. The fans won us the game with the positivity, energy and raw vocal power. A fitting farewell to a piece of footballing history.

Coming to the end of our time at one of English football's most iconic stadiums, I feel it necessary to share my experiences with anyone that cares to read them. I've been going for the best part of 50 years on and off, and it's the full experience, that starts with a train-load of fans on the way to Upton... More
