Todays experience was a weird one. The screen lights didn't completely go off so it was disturbing to have a bit of light on + air conditioning was literally set to full blast. Outside the screen was warmer than inside. It's the middle of November! Have no idea if this is a one off or if this is a recent... More

Ticket machines didn't work which resulted in queuing for ages. The queue for snacks was awful as well. Given it was half term having 3 people working wasn't enough. Excessive prices for a coke and popcorn to. No wonder people take their own!

I live in swanley so around me I have Rochester cineworld and bexleyheath... but we drive the extra way to the o2 because it's so much better!! Bigger screens... clean toilets... friendly staff and just a better all round cinema!! Plus there's lots of restaurants to eat at after

I'm a black card unlimited card customer and though the prices for ice cream and other foods are quite expensive, the 25% discount is really handy. Staff are always friendly to me, even when it's busy, you gotta understand they're just doing their best to get through it.

This is by far my favourite Cineworld in the area. Really decent screens, seating area and the toilets are very clean. The atmosphere is also very welcoming.

Cineworld is not like what is use to be.....the seats are grubby and stained.... And the auditorium never seems to be cleaned whenever I go there...... Popcorn on the floor and seats!.

I bought the cineworld pass, was sent 2 cards. Not sure which one to use. But eventually sorted that out. Unfortunaty my wallet was stolen along with the cineworld pass. Contacted customer services who said I had to pay £10 for a replacement and to email back if I was happy with that. I emailed back saying yes and asked... More

Not the cheapest cinema, but it's what you'd expect from a large multiplex. Being in the O2, the cinema has lots of bars and restaurants nearby so you can make an evening of it if you wish.

Yet another visit to my local cinema. I watch movies here at least once a week. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. The concessions are the typical Cineworld world ones and the bar is well set out. The cinema seats are extremely comfortable almost too comfortable I Hal occasionally almost dropped off to sleep.

Thank Cherry K

Staying in Greenwich

Neighbourhood Profile
Greenwich Mean Time starts here, so to speak, as the very concept of global time was established at Royal Observatory, just one of several buildings of architectural interest in Greenwich. Indeed, the whole of Greenwich's historic town center, its Royal Park and a number of related buildings (and one world famous ship, the Cutty Sark) make up the UNESCO World Heritage site known as Maritime Greenwich. Today a laser beam is shot out across the night sky from the Observatory to mark the location of the Prime Meridian. Other bold (some say brash) 21st century additions to the area include landmarks such as The O2 entertainment complex (previously known as the Millennium Dome) and the Air Line cable cars, which offer scenic transport across the Thames between North Greenwich and the Royal Docks.
