My grandfather worked at the Royal Arsenal 1910-1950 and lived in Woolwich. So I was fascinated to see the displays, documents and original artefacts which are on show, and learned quite a bit about the working and local living conditions of the time. The lady...More

The museum is poor. Should have more attractions inside. Outside you have the famous line of the Greenwich Meridian. But you have to pay more than 8 pounds for this???

The painted hall was wonderful and the whole area well kept and very interesting. Good visitor centre and excellent transport connections. You cold spend 2 days in Greenwich and not see it all

How can you not appreciate a place of such historical significance? My daughters were a little over awed by the place (10 and 6). But my oldest daughter now has a better understanding of time zones around the world. A day in and Greenwich is...More

Brilliant place to visit and a must if you have children as there is plenty for them to do and get involved. There is a café on site and as there was no seating it shows it was very popular. There is also a "Micro...More

Yes there is and a cafe inside.....but better to find a place outside as a bit cheaper.....and the parking is a bit away from the museum so prepare for a bit of a walk.
