This museum is not often open so it is worth checking before you go. Access it up several steps, and there are no facilities such as toilets available. It is free to visit but donations are encouraged. There is a lot to see and read...More

Came here while at the Crystal Palace park and it was definitely one of the highlights. I've read a lot about the history of the Crystal Palace but there was lots here I didn't know. A must-see if you're going to the park.

We went on the historic walk about the Crystal Palace and it was excellent. Informative, with a lively passionate host. It's brilliant that there are such enthusiastic, knowledgable, entertaining volunteers who are giving of their time and expertise to share it. The walk was a...More

Well worth a visit - not wheelchair accessible but if user is able to walk up the steps, staff are on hand to support one hundred percent. Free admission. Staff extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Small selection of cards and prints on sale.
