Tieed, run down building

The film and projection was OK, but you had to be careful of not tripping on the threadbare carpets. The upholstery on the seats is also coming apart. The photographs on this... read more

I find Cineworld do not care about there membership I have been a member for six years and I wrote not being happy after so long paying extra for there 3 Box seats. I first of all did this over the phone where support lied they could not take the complaint. I sent an email seems they wanted to remind... More

Regular cinema, regular snacks. Needs a little bit cleaning. For me, I would look for another venue to watch what I want.

Speak to Pol he will make your look after well. The cinema is very unique and has a great old school feel, comfortable seats and you can use your unlimited card there.

It looks like a vintage1950's theater, but it's not done on purpose. It's just old and dumpy. Everything is wrong even the quality of the projection and the sound is old. It ain't cheap either. It cost just as regular one.

My wife and I went to watch the latest instalment of the Bond franchise as our first cinema outing in over 6 months. Tickets bought in advance and popcorn bought at the venue, our anticipation was palpable. We took our seats early and got set to enjoy the movie. As the lights dimmed leaving the stair wells dimly lit the... More

The Cineworld in Haymarket is the worst cinema I've ever been to. I have the unlimited pass and chose the more expensive pass so I could go to this one. What a mistake. Personally, I think having mice running around your feet whilst trying to watch a movie is unacceptable. Tried speaking to the management about this to be told... More

I have the unlimited card, and booked online to see a film. Because of a tube strike I arrived late at Wandsworth branch, and they said they couldn't let me book to a later time because had to wait until the film I booked online had finished! Unbelievably bad customer service, and I hope odeon or vue release unlimited card so... More

We were given an E-Voucher as a gift and tried to purchase tickets online but were unable to get the promotional code number recognised. After several abortive attempts we drove 14 miles to the cinema in Aberdeen and asked to redeem the voucher at the ticket desk. Despite the fact that they could have easily processed the ticket purchase on... More

Staying in St. James's

Neighbourhood Profile
St. James's
Perennially fashionable since the days of Henry VIII, the aristocratic “Clubland” of St James's is a premier destination for high end craft and bespoke design. Here you’ll lose count of the Royal Warrants (which indicate that the Royal Family patronizes the establishment) seen in shop front windows, even during a short stroll to bordering Green Park or St James’s Park. With the brightly lit and constantly buzzing junction of Piccadilly Circus at its northeast corner and none of Central London too far away, this is an surprisingly central and accessible part of town, especially given its prosperous demeanor.
